We build Google Workspace add-ons that fix what Workspace forgot.

We at Soluvery are focused on one thing: building deeply native, security-first add-ons for Google Workspace. No generic SaaS, no half-finished side projects — every product we ship solves a specific, painful workflow for IT admins, collaborative teams and individual power users across Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets and the wider Workspace surface. Everything runs inside the Workspace surface your team already lives in — no separate dashboard to log into, no new tool to roll out, no training cycle. If they can use Gmail and Drive, they can use Soluvery on day one.

Google Workspace powers 3 billion users.
We make it work better for yours.

Workspace is the operating system of modern work — but every admin knows the rough edges. Bulk actions that don't exist. Permission models that don't scale. Approval workflows you have to build yourself in App Script. That's exactly where Soluvery comes in.

Workspace use cases

What our Google Workspace add-ons actually do

Soluvery focuses on the workflows Google didn't ship: Drive audits, bulk permission cleanup, Gmail approval routing, ownership transfer, Shared Drive migration and ongoing Workspace security hygiene. Each use case below maps to a real product in our Google Workspace Marketplace listings.

Audit external Drive sharing across your entire Google Workspace domain

Surface every file shared outside your domain, or drill down to files owned by a user, files shared with a user, or a specific folder tree. Revoke risky access in bulk. Replace one-off Apps Script audits with a scheduled, repeatable report that lands in your inbox on a specified cadence.

  • Full-domain, user-owned, shared-with & folder-level audits
  • Bulk revoke of external & anyone-with-link access
  • Scheduled CSV + email reports for compliance

Track and manage outbound Gmail approval requests in one place

From the Gmail add-on, requesters spin up an approval from scratch or attach an approval layer onto an existing email thread, with a description field to give reviewers the context they need. Reviewers approve, reject or comment from a shared queue, and every request, decision and comment is captured — so approvals stop getting lost in DMs, forwarded threads and ad-hoc Apps Script.

  • Self-initiated approval requests from Gmail
  • Shared review queue for managers & compliance
  • Full history of requests, decisions & comments

Offboard employees and transfer Google Drive ownership at scale

When someone leaves, transfer ownership of every file and folder they own to a successor or Shared Drive in a single operation. Migrate My Drive to Shared Drives without breaking links, and decommission the account cleanly.

  • Bulk Google Drive ownership transfer
  • My Drive → Shared Drive migration
  • Clean Workspace user offboarding

Tighten Google Workspace security without buying a separate platform

Most Workspace tenants don't need a six-figure CASB. They need to close the obvious holes — stale external shares, orphaned files, over-permissive Shared Drives, unmonitored outbound email — using tools that run inside Workspace itself.

  • Continuous Drive permission hygiene
  • Stale link & orphaned file cleanup
  • Workspace-native, no data exfiltration
Who runs Soluvery

Built for everyone who lives inside Google Workspace

IT administrators

Workspace admins running 200 to 20,000 seats use Soluvery to enforce Drive sharing policies, schedule security audits, manage offboarding and prove compliance to auditors — without writing one more line of Apps Script.

Compliance & security teams

Compliance leads in fintech, healthcare and regulated SaaS use Approvals Manager for Gmail to satisfy SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR outbound-email controls, with a tamper-evident audit trail per message.

Collaborative teams

Operations, finance and people teams use Soluvery to clean up Shared Drives, transfer ownership when people change roles, and keep working folders tidy across hundreds of projects.

Education & non-profit

Workspace for Education and Nonprofit tenants use Soluvery to audit student and donor data sharing, revoke graduated-account access at scale, and stay aligned with FERPA and equivalent standards.

Solo founders & consultants

Individual Workspace users — founders, consultants, freelancers — use Soluvery to audit their own Drive, clean up years of stale external shares, and keep client data partitioned and private.

Multi-region organisations

Customers across 20+ countries run Soluvery against Workspace tenants spanning North America, EMEA and APAC. The add-ons respect regional data boundaries because they execute inside Google's runtime.

From the field

Real pain. Real users.

These are the conversations that start every Soluvery product. We listen, then we build the thing Google never shipped.

"I inherited a Workspace tenant with 12,000 files shared publicly. The native admin console gives you no way to fix this at scale."
IT Director, mid-sized SaaS company
"We had to build an App Script approval flow for outbound finance emails. It broke every other quarter. We just want this to be a feature."
Compliance Lead, regulated fintech
"Offboarding is a nightmare on Workspace. Transferring file ownership one folder at a time isn't a workflow — it's a punishment."

How we build

Three principles. Every release.

Native to Workspace

Every Soluvery add-on installs from the Marketplace and runs inside Drive, Gmail or Docs. No separate dashboards to log into. No data leaves the Workspace boundary.

Built for admins, teams & individuals

From the IT lead getting paged at 2am to a solo user cleaning up their own Drive — same granular controls, audit logs, and scoped permissions. CASA-aligned security on every release.

Deep, not wide

Every add-on we ship goes deep into one Workspace surface and earns its keep. We'd rather solve one painful workflow end-to-end than sprinkle shallow features across a dozen.

Security first

Every security check. Passed.

Workspace add-ons sit next to your most sensitive data. We treat that as the default constraint — not an afterthought. Independent CASA reviews, minimum-viable scopes, and zero data exfiltration are non-negotiable across our entire product line.

CASA Security Certified

Every Soluvery add-on passes Google's Cloud Application Security Assessment before it ships. Independent labs verify our code, infra and data handling against the latest CASA controls — annually.

We ask for the bare minimum access

We only request the specific Workspace permissions a feature actually needs to work — nothing more. No sweeping access to your whole domain, no peeking at files or emails we have no business reading.

Your data stays in Workspace

Add-ons run inside Google's runtime against your tenant. We don't replicate your Drive or Gmail content into our own database — there's nothing to breach because there's nothing to store.

Native vs Soluvery

Where Google stops, we begin

Google Workspace is exceptional at email, documents and real-time collaboration. But day-to-day admin and security workflows leave clear gaps. Here's a direct comparison of the Workspace surfaces we extend.

Questions about Google Workspace add-ons

Everything teams and admins ask before installing a Soluvery add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Can't find your question? Ask us directly.

What is a Google Workspace add-on?

A Google Workspace add-on is a small application that installs from the Google Workspace Marketplace and runs natively inside Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides or Calendar. Unlike a standalone SaaS tool, an add-on lives in the Workspace side panel — so your team never leaves Google to use it, and your data never leaves Google's runtime.

What does Soluvery build?

Soluvery Inc. builds focused, security-first Google Workspace add-ons that solve specific gaps in Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets and the Admin console. Our current products include Soluvery — Audit & Manage Google Drive (a Drive security and governance toolkit) and Approvals Manager for Gmail (a compliance approval workflow for outbound Gmail).

Are Soluvery add-ons safe and CASA certified?

Yes. Every Soluvery add-on is CASA Security Certified — it passes Google's Cloud Application Security Assessment by an independent third-party lab before each release. We use least-privilege OAuth scopes, store no Drive or Gmail content on our servers, and run entirely inside the Google Workspace runtime against your tenant.

Who uses Soluvery — IT admins, teams or individuals?

All three. IT administrators of mid-market and enterprise Google Workspace tenants use Soluvery to audit Drive sharing, run scheduled security reports and enforce email approval policies. Collaborative teams use it to clean up Shared Drives, transfer ownership during offboarding and route sensitive Gmail messages for review. Individual Workspace users — solo founders, consultants and power users — use it to audit their own Drive, revoke stale external shares and keep personal Workspace data tidy.

How do I install a Soluvery add-on?

Search for the add-on on the Google Workspace Marketplace, click Install and approve the OAuth scopes. Workspace admins can deploy to their entire domain in one click; individual users can install it just for themselves. There's no separate signup, no credit card for the free tier, and no data migration.

Does Soluvery work with Google Workspace Business, Enterprise and Education?

Yes. Soluvery add-ons run on all paid Google Workspace SKUs — Business Starter, Standard and Plus, Enterprise Standard and Plus, Education Fundamentals and Plus, and Frontline. They also work on Cloud Identity tenants and personal Google accounts where the relevant Workspace APIs are available.

How is Soluvery different from native Google Workspace admin tools?

Google's native Admin console is excellent at policy and provisioning, but thin on day-to-day workflows — bulk Drive permission cleanup, scheduled external-sharing reports, rule-based outbound email approvals, ownership transfer at scale, and Shared Drive migration are either missing or require custom Apps Script. Soluvery fills exactly those gaps with focused, production-grade add-ons.

Workspace glossary

Speak Workspace, fluently

Google Workspace add-on
A Marketplace-distributed application that runs natively inside Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides or Calendar via the Workspace side panel.
CASA certification
Google's Cloud Application Security Assessment — an independent third-party security audit required for Workspace Marketplace apps that access sensitive scopes.
OAuth scope
The specific Google API permissions an add-on requests at install time. Soluvery uses the minimum scopes required per feature.
Shared Drive
A Google Drive folder owned by a team rather than an individual. Shared Drives survive employee offboarding; My Drive does not.
Workspace Marketplace
Google's official catalog of vetted third-party apps and add-ons that integrate with Google Workspace.
External sharing
Any Drive permission granted to a user outside your Workspace domain — the single largest source of accidental data exposure.
